Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 – Purpose

These terms govern sales made on the website ornetin.com, managed by the company LEMA-BKR, a SARL registered with the RCS of Pau under number 834 423 790 00015, with its registered office located at 325 route des coteaux de Guindalos, 64110 Gelos, France.

Article 2 – Products

The products offered for sale are those described on ornetin.com. Each product is accompanied by a detailed description. Photographs are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractual.

Article 3 – Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT).
Shipping fees are specified at the time of ordering.
LEMA-BKR reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Article 4 – Orders

Orders are validated upon confirmation of payment.
The customer receives a confirmation email summarizing the order details.
LEMA-BKR reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a prior dispute or product unavailability.

Article 5 – Payment

Payment is made online by credit card or any other method available on the website.
Payments are secured through a PCI-DSS compliant platform.

Article 6 – Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided at the time of ordering.
Delivery times are given for reference only. No refunds will be issued for delays not exceeding 30 days.

Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason or pay any penalty.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
The refund will be issued within 14 days after receipt of the returned product.

Article 8 – Legal Warranties

In accordance with the law, the seller agrees to comply with legal warranties of conformity (Articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the Consumer Code) and against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code).

Article 9 – Liability

LEMA-BKR cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of its products or in cases of force majeure.

Article 10 – Disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing that, only the courts within the jurisdiction of LEMA-BKR's registered office shall be competent.
