Processing & Shipping Times

• All orders are processed on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
• Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
  • Domestic Orders (France): 3 business days
  • International Orders: 3 to 7 business days (varies by location)
• If we experience high order volumes, processing times may be delayed.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
• Orders are shipped via Mondial Relay or UPS.

Tracking Information

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
• Please allow 1 hour for the tracking information to update.

International Shipping

• We ship worldwide to most countries.
• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by their country.

Delayed or Lost Packages
