Processing & Shipping Times

Orders are processed on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are approximately three (3) business days for orders within France and three (3) to seven (7) business days for international orders, depending on the destination and carrier.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer than usual. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout based on the destination, shipment weight and information available to our shipping system at the time of ordering.

Orders are generally shipped via Mondial Relay or UPS. Available carriers and delivery options may vary depending on the destination.

Remote Areas & Delivery Restrictions

Certain destinations may be subject to carrier-specific service restrictions that cannot always be identified automatically at checkout. In exceptional cases, the delivery service selected when placing an order may therefore not be available for the customer's specific address.

If this occurs, we will contact the customer to agree on a suitable alternative delivery solution. No change will be made without the customer's prior agreement. If no suitable alternative can be agreed upon, the customer may request cancellation and a full refund. Please refer to our Terms of Sale for full details.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow approximately one (1) hour for tracking information to update.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide to most countries. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees applied by their country.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order is delayed, please check the tracking information first. If you believe your package has been lost, please contact us at www.ornetin.com/contact/ and we will assist you.
